The AURES soundboard system creates a distinctive acoustic experience when sound is transmitted directly through the piano's soundboard. This resonance adds spatial depth and harmonic richness that cannot be fully replicated through headphones or external speakers.

Through headphones, you lose the acoustic resonance of the soundboard, the natural spatial field of the instrument, and the room acoustics that form part of the soundboard experience. The tonal characteristics will also differ based on your headphone model.

This difference is by design — the soundboard represents the closest approximation to an acoustic piano experience, while headphones and external speakers provide a more direct signal playback.
