Why do files saved to USB memory by my Kawai piano all show the same date and time?
Your piano's internal clock may need to be set. Access the System or Setup menu to adjust the date and time.
Digital pianos save files with a timestamp based on their internal clock. If all files show the same date and time, the piano's internal clock has likely not been set or has been reset.
Access the System or Setup menu on your piano and look for a Date and Time or Clock setting. Once correctly set, newly saved files will display the correct date and time.
