What is Kawai's online store return policy?
Kawai's online store has a No-Questions-Asked return policy for instruments within 15 days of receipt. Accessories are not returnable. Email sales@kawaius.com to start the process.
Requests for return of instruments purchased directly from Kawai America's online store are accepted up to 15 days after receipt of the instrument. Accessories may not be returned.
To begin the return process, send an email to sales@kawaius.com and include the model, serial number, and the original order number.
These policies apply only to instruments purchased in the United States from Kawai America's online store at kawaius.com. For purchases from independent retailers, refer to those retailers' policies.
