How do I report shipping damage on an instrument from Kawai's online store?
Report shipping damage within 5 days of receipt by emailing service@kawaius.com or calling TSD at (310) 631-1771 ext. 6867. Attach photos if possible.
Reports of shipping damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of the instrument.
Report physical or concealed damage to Kawai TSD via email at service@kawaius.com or call (310) 631-1771 ext. 6867, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific time. Attach supporting photos if possible. Include the model, serial number, and order number.
When Kawai determines return shipping is necessary, it is at no charge to you. Replacement instruments or parts will also be shipped at no charge.
