How do I get started using my Kawai GB-4 Session Trainer?
Use the STYLE page to select a rhythm and the CHORD INPUT page to enter chord progressions, then save to one of 50 user locations.
STYLE Page: Select your accompaniment rhythm (1–100 available). Choose variations (VR1, VR2), fills (FL1, FL2), endings (END), or other style options. Press PLAY/ENTER to start at measure 001.
CHORD INPUT Page: Input chord progressions by measure and beat. Move the cursor to measure 001 and input the first chord using C–B buttons, the 10-key pad, and flat/sharp buttons. Press ENTER after each chord. Create slash chords (e.g. D/G) using the "/" button. Use the dial on the ">" sign to review all entered chords.
Saving Your Song: Navigate to the WRITE TO 101 USER CHORD page (last page). Choose a save location (101–150), give your song a name, press ENTER, answer YES to confirm. The song is saved and ready to play.
